After an in-depth marketing/marketplace analysis, creation of a planning proposal and approval of such a proposal,it is time for us to secure the placements you desire. This third and final step in the process can be very fruitful to the client when handled correctly.

The art of negotiating and buying takes expertise, industry knowledge and good relationships. CTM takes your approved schedule and, while securing your approved placements, attempts to improve your audience reach through reducing costs, securing audience delivery assurances and/or increasing the number of units delivered. The trick to this comes in the timing of your commitment, the understanding of the current (daily) marketplace and our relationships with the vendors.

We then communicate to you the deadlines for receiving your creative and traffic all the videotapes to the proper distribution outlets.

CTM verifies that all spots run correctly and only invoices you for the spots broadcast. We determine the audience delivery after the schedule runs and, at your request, will send a Post-Analysis listing all participating programs/cable networks, the spots that ran and the actual audience delivery achieved. This assists us in creating the next campaign through analysis of the actual versus projected target audience delivery.
